Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup hemp or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Add-ins can enhance the nutritional value of your smoothie:
