Long-term treatment cuts breast cancer deaths

Women who take tamoxifen, a drug used to block the actions of estrogen and treat some types of breast cancer, can greatly reduce the risk of dying from breast cancer.  Those who take tamoxifen for 5 years can cut their risk by one-third, while taking it for 10 years can lower that risk by another 29%.  Read the article here.
